7.1 Data Protection Board of India
If you are not satisfied with our response to a data-protection grievance, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Please note that under the DPDP Act, a Data Principal is required to exhaust this grievance mechanism before approaching the Board. We therefore ask that you raise the matter with our Grievance Officer first.
7.2 Consumer forums
For commercial grievances, if the matter remains unresolved, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, in addition to any remedy under our Terms & Conditions.
8. Exercising specific rights
8.1 Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time from your account settings, where available, or by writing to privacy@vedicmindai.com. Withdrawal is as simple as giving consent. On withdrawal, we cease processing and erase the relevant personal data unless retention is required by law. Withdrawing consent may prevent you from using some or all features.
8.2 Deleting your account and data
You may request deletion from your account settings or by writing to privacy@vedicmindai.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
8.3 Nomination
You may nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
