These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vedicmindai.com, its subdomains, and related applications and services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by ROISutra Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. (“VedicMindAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. The Services

The Platform provides Vedic astrology tools and content, including:

• Free services: Kundli (birth chart) generation, daily Rashifal and Panchang.
• Paid digital products: astrology reports across categories such as Love & Marriage, Career & Money, Family & Health, and Self & Growth.
• AI Chat with Pandit ji: an AI-powered guidance feature, offered where and when available, on a paid or subscription basis.

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

3. Nature of the Services

All astrology content, reports, predictions, remedies and AI responses are provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes only, based on traditional Vedic astrology principles and AI models.

They are not scientific fact and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other qualified advice. Interpretations are subjective. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or outcome of any prediction or guidance.

Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. You use the Services and rely on any content at your own discretion and risk.

4. Accounts and user responsibilities

• You must provide accurate birth details. Report accuracy depends directly on the accuracy of the date, time and place of birth you supply.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on information provided through the Platform.
• Notify us immediately at support@vedicmindai.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Pricing, payment and taxes

• Prices for paid reports and subscriptions are displayed on the Platform, with applicable taxes indicated at checkout.
• Applicable GST and other statutory taxes will be charged as per law.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
• We may revise prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your purchase.
• Features and inclusions of paid plans may change.
• All refunds, cancellations and subscription terminations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Delivery of digital content

Paid reports are digital products delivered electronically, on-screen and/or by download or email, at or shortly after purchase. Stated delivery timelines, where given, are estimates.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including text, reports, algorithms, software, design, logos, trademarks and the “VedicMindAI” brand — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reports generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Provide false information or impersonate any person.
• Scrape, data-mine, reverse-engineer, or use bots or automated means to access the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s security or infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services or content.
• Misuse the AI Chat, including attempts to extract other users’ data or to generate unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.

9. Third-party services and links

The Platform relies on and may link to third-party services including payment gateways, hosting, AI providers and analytics. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any prediction or outcome will materialise. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any decision or action you take based on any content, report, remedy or AI response.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or ₹the total amount you actually paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months before it arose, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROISutra Digital Services Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — will continue to apply.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 15, the courts at Noida, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Dispute resolution

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by writing to support@vedicmindai.com. If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Noida, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
